Habits are a double edged sword. On one side they can help us shape the life we want to live, while on the other they can deepen the ruts of our bad behavior.
The good news is there is a simple test for any habit in our lives. All you have to do is reflect on the question “is this helping me live the life I want to live.”
If the answer is no then it’s time for change.
If the answer is I don’t know then it’s time to check in with a friend, mentor, or counselor.
If the answer is yes then congrats you probably have a good habit.
Of course this assumes you are being honest with yourself… right?
