If you feel stuck, I want to help.

My goal is to support you in overcoming challenges by equipping you with the tools you need to live the life you want. I take a Person-Centered approach to counseling, integrating insights from my military experience and incorporating three primary Evidence-Based Practices to create an individualized path forward.

My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to develop a flexible plan tailored to your physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

Therapy can be hard, and that’s okay. When we do hard things, hard things get easier.

In addition to therapy, I offer coaching services, helping clients set and achieve personal growth and development goals. Together, we’ll identify a clear plan and take action to move you toward meaningful change.

As a consultant, I specialize in Veteran issues, helping professionals better understand how military service may be impacting their clients’ lives.

I also work with leadership teams to develop and execute mission-driven strategies, ensuring their vision, values, and objectives are effectively implemented across their organizations.
