What is Mission Focused Mental Fitness?

Mission Focused Mental Fitness combines aspects of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and mission-focused coaching with tools from cognitive science and military field operations.
